Employment Litigation


Our attorneys have defended companies in a variety of employment-related disputes, including race and age discrimination, sexual harassment and wage and hour claims. We have successfully represented a New York-based bank in several race discrimination cases and prevailed in defending an age discrimination claim against a major Chicago financial institution. We favorably settled a sexual harassment claim against a construction company and have successfully defended a number of corporations against claims for overtime benefits. We have also served as independent investigators for a number of corporations and educational institutions to determine whether employment-related complaints were valid and, if so, how best to correct the problems they raised.

Our firm has also represented plaintiffs in a range of employment disputes and litigation. We have recently won two federal jury trials on behalf of employment discrimination victims and prevailed in the Seventh Circuit when one of those verdicts was appealed.
