Class Action Litigation

Our attorneys have defended corporations in class action cases involving allegations of consumer fraud and violations of federal statutes, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Truth-in-Lending Act. We have also represented plaintiffs in a variety of class actions, and recently obtained an important federal appellate court ruling lowering the barriers for class certification in discrimination cases.
